Joost has years of experience in HR, mediation, and employment law. Before starting Gesprek met Personeel (Conversation with Personnel), he worked as an HR manager and mediator at various organizations—from startups to established SMEs. He specializes in resolving stagnant personnel issues.
Vision on HR & Mediation
I don't believe in endless emails about files. HR problems are solved by engaging in genuine conversations—clearly, directly, and with a focus on both sides. My job is to simplify things for entrepreneurs who don't have time to delve into every detail.
Personal Note
